I didn’t choose this work. It found me, over and over again.
Hi. I'm Jonni. I hold a PhD in transpersonal psychology, but the truth is, my real training has been survival, listening, remembering, and making meaning where most people stop looking.
Over more than thirty-five years and tens of thousands of clients, I've walked with people through nearly every kind of transition, whether the reorganizing of a life that used to work, the identity that stopped fitting, the decision that won't resolve, the grief that doesn't follow a timeline, or the dreams that arrive when something is trying to shift. I've walked through my own share of these too, which is part of why I know the terrain.
What I do, at its simplest, is read what's actually happening in a person's life. The pattern under the story and the meaning underneath the moment. Then I reflect it back in language you can use so you can see it clearly, and move with it consciously.
