Some people write to me in real time as their life is happening. Some prefer the container of a scheduled call. Some want both the voice and the ongoing companionship between calls.
Either way, we're inside a relationship, not a program.

You write when something hits you, whether that's a thought, a dream, a decision, a rupture, or a moment you can't make sense of on your own. I respond within the hour, during waking hours (dawn to 9 pm PST). This is the container most people find themselves in over time, sometimes for a season, sometimes for years.
A 30 or 45-minute call, by phone or Zoom, on what's most activated right now.
For a specific moment that needs to be met, whether that's a thought, a challenge, a decision, a dream, a symbol, or a transition. Some people call once. Some call every month or every week for as long as desired.
