I’ve had interesting moments with my runner ducks in the snow the last few days. While the world’s been buzzing with news about tariff changes and economic shifts, they were completely focused on investigating all other white stuff. Not because they’re oblivious but because they instinctively understand something we often forget – where to put our energy when everything feels overwhelming.
What’s really happening right now? Yes, there are government changes affecting our daily lives. Yes, there’s uncertainty about what these shifts mean for our futures. And yes, your anxiety, frustration, anger, or overwhelm about all of this is completely valid.
But what I’ve learned from understanding soul patterns through decades of global changes is that these moments of collective stress are both visible disruptions AND invitations to recognize a deeper pattern at work.
Think about it. When does anxiety about external changes feel heaviest? Usually when it triggers our deeper fears about security, stability, and control. But your soul already knows how to move through this. It’s been preparing you through every previous challenge in your timeline.
I’m sure there was a time in your life when everything felt uncertain, yet somehow you found your way through. That wasn’t luck. That was your soul’s innate wisdom activating exactly when you needed it.
Right now, you might be:
– Feeling the weight of collective anxiety
– Wrestling with decisions about your future
– Questioning if you’re prepared for what’s coming
– Sensing that old patterns of worry are surfacing
So, here’s what your soul wants you to understand: You’re not just meant to survive uncertainty. You’re meant to recognize that times of external chaos usually precede periods of deep personal clarity.
Instead of just trying to manage stress, here’s a few things to do:
1. Notice what specifically triggers your strongest emotional responses to the current events. These triggers are probably showing you where your soul is ready for a deeper shift in understanding.
2. Look back at your previous patterns of figuring out change. What strengths did you discover in those past challenges that you’d forgotten about?
3. Pay attention to what feels solid right now, even as other things feel shaky. These are your soul’s anchors, and they’re carefully placed throughout your timeline for exactly these moments.
The current changes in our world aren’t random. You know this. They’re part of a larger pattern of transformation. And your soul has been preparing you for this. It’s been weaving strength and resilience into your timeline all along.
Remember my ducks? They weren’t ignoring the world’s chaos this morning. They were demonstrating wisdom about where to focus when everything feels like too much. And sometimes, the most powerful response to external chaos is to recognize what’s actually within your soul’s domain of influence.
Love, Jonni
And if you’re feeling called to understand your own patterns of managing change or if you want to see how your current challenges fit into your soul’s bigger picture, I’m here. Sometimes, understanding the deeper pattern changes everything about how we move through it.
