This week, Mother Nature threw us a curveball – a cheeky dump of fresh snow. It’s enough to hit the pause button on those daffodil bulbs that got a bit too eager, thinking it was their time to shine. Spring? Winter? The seasons seem to be playfully time-travelling.
Welcome back to ‘The Time Traveller’s Life’ – your weekly companion in syncing with the universe’s ever-shifting rhythm. This week, we delve into the heart of transformation. Because even in moments draped in stillness, there’s often a hidden unfolding in the unseen movements.
Imagine you’re a caterpillar just living your life. Right now, you’re doing your caterpillar thing, munching leaves, crawling around. It’s familiar, it’s comfortable. But deep down, you know there’s more to your story. Heck, there’s more to you.
Then one day, you wrap yourself in a cocoon. It’s dark, it’s uncomfortable, and it’s totally unlike your leaf-munching days. This is the transformation phase.
It’s often confusing and challenging, and it doesn’t happen overnight.
And then, you emerge as a butterfly. You’re still you, but you’re also not.
You’ve got these gorgeous wings of insight, you see the world differently, and you interact with it in a whole new way. You’ve transformed from a leaf-muncher to a sky-dancer, across the dimensions of time.
For us humans, transformation isn’t about growing physical wings (as cool as that would be). And it’s not just about change. Transformation is about a fundamental expansion in how we see ourselves, how we interact with the world, and how we live our lives.
I stand by that definition.
Think of it as swapping out an old pair of drugstore readers for brand-new prescription glasses. Suddenly, what you see and how you perceive the world changes. To take the metaphor literally, you might go from a mindset of scarcity to abundance, from fear to courage, or from doubt to confidence.
And this is where the rubber meets the road.
It’s one thing to see and think differently, but transformation is also about doing differently. Maybe you used to react to stress by shutting down or lashing out – even when you knew you shouldn’t. Transformation might mean you now respond with mindfulness and calmness, (because you’re armed with the wisdom from your past lives and a clear vision of your future.)
Sometimes, transformation can mean a complete 180 in your life direction. You might change careers, end or begin significant relationships, or completely overhaul your lifestyle. I’ve known clients who legally changed their names, moved to a new country, and started IVF treatments (not the same client, but you knew that didn’t you?).
That’s because transformation is about aligning your outer life with your inner changes, which have been deeply influenced by your investigative explorations.
It’s also about moving from reacting based on old emotional patterns (like childhood insecurities or a ‘bad’ relationship) to responding from a place of healed and mature emotional understanding, enriched by the knowledge of your soul’s expression.
Want some examples? You got it. Let me share a few from my files. **
- “Suki” kept falling into negative thinking, and through our work together, which included exploring her significant past lives, she was more automatically drawn to the bright side and even found herself acting on it effortlessly.
- “Toni” overcame a deep-seated fear of speaking truth, a fear we found was rooted in several past life experiences, which absolutely changed her approach to dealing with life’s ordinary challenges.
- “Bets” had a career switch that aligned more with her personal values and passions, a decision that was influenced by glimpses into her potential future self, rather than sticking to a job that didn’t fulfill her.
Over the decades, I’ve seen a lot of transformations. For you, they could look like:
- Improved relationships, because you interact in a healthier, more authentic way, informed by the understanding of your past and future selves.
- Better mental and emotional health, because you’ve developed more constructive coping mechanisms, enriched by the wisdom of your soul’s journey across time rather than a limited perspective of only this lifetime’s circumstances.
- A sense of purpose and fulfillment, because your actions align with your true self, a self that’s aware of its past achievements and future potentials.
The bottom line is transformation is about deep and significant internal change that is reflected in how you think, feel, act, and interact with the world. It’s not just about changing what you do. It’s about changing who you are at a fundamental and expansive level.
Stay stellar,
Jonni 🌟
**In my practice, confidentiality is more than a policy. It’s a sacred commitment. The stories I share are deeply personal, yet it’s vital to respect the privacy of every individual who walks through my virtual door. That’s why names, and sometimes details, are altered to protect identities. While the essence of these transformation tales is true, the names are fictional. This way, we celebrate the power of growth and healing without compromising personal confidentiality, because every step toward personal growth is a story worth telling, even if we don’t use real names.
TIMELY
It’s that time again when I dish out some brain-tickling goodies in our beloved TIMELY section.
Kicking things off, I stumbled upon this gem in IFLScience: ‘Is It Possible To Travel Through Time Or Do Paradoxes Get In The Way?’ Spoiler alert: while paradoxes might be party poopers in our time-travel fantasies, science hasn’t slammed the door shut just yet. Get ready to geek out and dive into the full story here.
Next, ‘Physics World’ is serving up some quantum quirkiness. Scientists are playing with time travel in the lab, using quantum mechanics for ultra-precise measurements. They’re not rewriting history, but they’re shaping a better tomorrow by tinkering with yesterday’s glitches. Sounds like sci-fi, but it’s real! Check out ‘Simulations of time travel send quantum metrology back to the future’ for the full scoop.
And for the bookworms in our tribe, I’ve just snagged a copy of ‘Mental Time Travel’ by Kourken Michaelian. It’s all about how our brains venture into the past, armed with the latest in psychology and philosophy. I’m diving in and will report back with my two cents.
So, there you go – a little brain candy for everyone. Keep pushing the boundaries, stay endlessly curious, and remember, we’re all just dancing to the universe’s rhythm.
Think of me as your personal guide through the mysteries of your life. Together, we’ll laugh, maybe cry (just a bit), and definitely have those ‘aha’ moments. It’s like having a heart-to-heart with the universe. So, if you’re up for unlocking the meaning of your inner world and understanding how it connects with everything, click this link and we’ll start the process. The universe isn’t just out there – it’s in you, and it’s waiting. Inner revolution, outer evolution.
