We’re all a little between worlds right now.
I don’t know about you, but lately it feels like the air is full of questions.
Not the big, dramatic ones. The quiet, persistent ones.
Am I where I’m supposed to be?
Why does everything feel slightly off?
What am I missing?
There’s this sense (it’s subtle, but it’s there) that something’s shifting. And not just out there in the world (though, yes: the world’s a lot right now).
It’s in here, too. In your body. In your nervous system. In the parts of you that used to know what to do. And suddenly, don’t.
It’s like you’re standing in a hallway between rooms. And the walls are full of echoes. And your feet want to move. But where?
Spring arrived. The light came back. And maybe you thought that would help. But you still feel… weird. Ungrounded. Half-in, half-out.
You’re not alone.
I’ve been hearing this from clients, friends, even strangers in my IGA store lineups. This sense that something deep is rearranging, but we’re not being shown the full blueprint yet.
You’re just being asked to feel your way forward, without a map. But some kind of internal compass is recalibrating, and it’s asking different questions now. It doesn’t want autopilot. It wants realness. Presence. Truth.
Which means you might not have words for what’s happening. You might just feel…off. Or tired. Or full of urgency with nowhere to go.
You might be rethinking things you thought were already decided. Not because you’re flaky. But because something deeper is asking for a say this time.
So what do you do with that?
You don’t rush it or try and force a breakthrough. And you don’t slap a label on it and pretend it’s clarity.
You let yourself live in the in between. That’s sacred terrain, even if it’s uncomfortable. Even if nothing feels “productive.” Even if you can’t explain it to anyone. Not even yourself.
Have you needed more rest lately? Have you noticed some relationships are starting to feel…stretched? Have you outgrown your own rhythms but haven’t figured out your new ones yet?
Yeah, it can feel messy. But messy doesn’t mean you’re off-track. It means you’re shedding old skin.
Look, if the edges feel blurry right now, and if your old roles don’t fit and your new ones haven’t arrived, and if you’re craving something but don’t know what…
Good.
You’re in the right place. You’re in the hallway. And something new is coming.
But for now? Just be here. And feel your feet on the floor. Take one breath. Then another.
You don’t have to bloom on demand. You don’t have to know yet. Some seasons are for listening. And this might be one of them.
With love and quiet clarity,
Jonni
